As everyone already knows, an earthquake measuring 8.9 on the Richter scale struck 111 miles from Sendai, Japan causing widespread damage and creating a powerful Tsunami that reached as far as the coast of California. There have been many reports showing the widespread devastation that has been caused by this disaster and has brought Japan to its knees. The team at Phottix have been following this disaster and our thought and prayers go out to those in Japan.
There is an acute shortage of supplies and resources in the affected areas and many people are still missing. There will be a huge cleanup in the coming weeks. We urge everyone to contribute and donate to any local fundraising activities for the Japanese disaster relief as all these small donations quickly add up to sizable sums that can and will make a difference to those in need.
