We get a lot of requests for a Nikon-compatible version of the Phottix Odin TTL Flash Trigger. Rest assured – it is coming.
When it’s released we want it to work and not make you inadvertent beta-testers, forcing everyone to download firmware upgrade after firmware upgrade.

Awesome! I’d love to be a beta-tester! My friend has been using the Canon version for a couple of months now and he loves them.. hasn’t skipped a beat, and thats saying something for press photographers like us! We push get to the limit daily!
Not that I’m obsessed or anything, but I check on a every-couple-of-days basis. I’m trying to be patient, but please hurry. Patience isn’t my strong suit ð
looks like the nikon version will have a focus assist light, I wonder, will the canon version be updated to incorporate this useful feature?

Yes was also about to go PW months ago but prepared to wait… and wait! I guess that you don’t want to announce new products until there are supplies available in the marketplace. But as Adrian asks – will there be preordering?
I’m a pro shooter and recently switched to Nikon from Canon for the dynamic range of the D800. The **only** real regret I had was giving up my Odins and I literally considered carrying an entire other set of gear just to be able to use them. Is there any kind of notification list for when these become available? Man do I miss them. These dumb triggers make my ass twitch.

Getting pretty excited on this. A Canadian distributor of Phottix is now taking pre-orders only. Have placed mine for a swack of them (ok, only one trans and 4 receivers), but it seems like a swack of them ð
I am struggling with power control in the manual mode with my latest Odin and SB600 flash. While the zoom function is fully activated in the maunal mode ( Both Flash and the Odin TCU ) unable to change the power settings. Is it a lack of understanding or someproblem with both flash and the TCU ?? Can i get an advice ??
