Phottix Trafo DSLR Video Shoulder Rig

After more than 18 months in development the Phottix Trafo DSLR Video Rigs are ready to go. The customizable rod-based system comes in four different sets – packaged in aluminum carrying cases with padded inserts.

Components are constructed from heavy-duty aluminum and carbon fiber. The Phottix Trafo DSLR Video Shoulder Rig is customizable. Quickly add or remove elements based on shooting conditions or projects.

The LCD mounting system will accept the Phottix Hector 9HD LCD monitor (or the brand-new Hector 7HD – see below) – a great way to preview, focus and review recorded video.

The Phottix DSLR Video Shoulder Rig includes:

• Aluminum and Carbon Fiber construction
• 15mm rails set 60mm apart
• Mattebox
• Follow-focus system
• Camera base plate
• Support cage

The Phottix Trafo is available in four versions to suit every type of videographer. Components can be easily added or removed to make the rig as comprehensive or light-weight as needed for the job at hand.

Trafo and Trafo LCD
These top-of-the-line Trafo sets contain all the Trafo components in a padded metal carrying case. The full Phottix Trafo sets include rods, follow focus, camera mount, shoulder pad, cage and top carrying handle, front handles, crossbar, LCD attachment arm, counter weights and mattebox. The Trafo LCD set includes the Hector 9HD LCD Monitor.

Trafo Jr.

Phottix Trafo Jr. DSLR Video Shoulder Rig

The Trafo Jr. is a scaled-down shoulder rig featuring an adjustable Z-Bracket. The light-weight Trafo Jr includes rods, follow focus, camera mount, shoulder pad, front handles, crossbar and adjustable Z-Bracket. This is the perfect rig for videographers that need to move fast. The components packed in a padded metal carrying case.

Trafo Mini

Phottix Trafo Mini DSLR Video Rig

The Trafo Mini is a hand-held rig for use in close-quarters or on-the-go. It includes a rods, camera mount, follow focus and handles. All the Trafo Mini components are packed in a padded metal carrying case.
